In addition to the other festivities, the Partners in the Dream Public Expo will be a four-day event located in the Water E. Washington Convention Center (Exhibit Hall A) and open to the public. More than 200,000 people are expected to walk through the expo during dedication week. Also included in the expo will be a main stage, which will feature a variety of talent, including musicians, singers, poets and entertainment provided by community organizations, cultural institutions and others.

The Partners in the Dream Public Expo will be comprised of a diverse cross-section of community and cultural organizations, museums, and educational institutions as well as small, medium and large businesses including some of the world's largest corporate supporters of the Martin Luther King, Jr. National Memorial Foundation and its mission.
